I currently lead promoting the process of Innovation in the enterprise, shaping strategy and program delivery for analytics, and modernizing applications to create a Digital Team experience. I work with C-level sponsors to transform processes and lift the top line.

I am a hands-on leader passionate about innovation and value, with a network of team experience spanning Asia, the Americas, Europe and the Mid-East.

My background spans both agile and waterfall, from building rapid user-focused capabilities, to leading change and deployment programs, to driving ERP implementations.

My approach

My approach drives from three specializations

  1. Strategy: Frame early, reassess over time, maximize impact on the Enterprise. Passion.

  2. Relationships: Lead through relationships, provide transparency, listen. Translate.

  3. Collaboration: Create environments fostering innovation. Build talent. Connect dots.

Several common tools aid in that agenda

  1. Use cases: Find the questions to answer, then design

  2. User-focused design: Prototype early, bring the users in, iterate

  3. Loosely-coupled tech: Keep the architecture nimble

  4. Agile pace: Go to market quickly and continuously

  5. Lean teams: Small groups with right skills can be fast

Digital (and post-Digital) interactive strategy

Companies are transforming how they work and how their data and systems must support that compete and accelerate agenda.

As part of this transformation, we are fundamentally rethinking how things are done and applying business and technology savvy to digitize the business.

The resulting investment agenda is leading us deliver new technology capabilities that are profoundly changing the way the enterprise itself operates.
